Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.
Shipping time You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. Climate neutral shipping Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. For all purchases and service orders placed on our website, by fax, email, or telephone, we offer the statutory return period (14 days).
For all items except for Teufel gift cards, we offer an additional contractual return period which enters into force the day after the statutory return period expires, for a total of eight weeks after receipt of the product. Your statutory return period is not effected by this.

The Definion 5S stand was specially made for the Definion 5S centre and rear loudspeakers, bringing the speaker to the optimal height for music and movie playback. For the centre speaker, a floor plate can be fixed to the bottom. Each stand comes with sturdy aluminium spikes that couple the loudspeakers to the floor as well as compensate for any unevenness in the surface. The speaker cable can be neatly tucked away.
