The ULTIMA series is the result of over 40 years of experience designing speakers. It stands for extremely good sound at a reasonable price like no other speaker. With premium-class technologies, it reproduces balanced sound with Teufel’s classic punchy bass.

Engineered in Berlin

Our laboratories and anechoic chambers are still where we engineered the current ULTIMA Mk4 Series. We gave the design a facelift and made it look a little nicer – it is now more timeless and modern than ever. We also incorporated tons of customer feedback.

Value you can feel

The front, which now features a very purist design, has also hidden the cover mounts better. The covers themselves look more elegant and feel similar to a high-quality textile, which makes them easier to fit into any living room.

Stable fabric grille with all-round bevel - the frequency response is only minimally affected.

The solid, heavy housing, precise workmanship and uniform radii make the speaker a real eye-catcher.

The surfaces are scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The bass reflex tubes contain grilles to prevent children from throwing objects into them.

Phase-Plug

The phase plug, which sits in the middle of the bass-midrange driver is a special feature of the ULTIMA series. It distributes the sound optimally and ensures the best possible speech intelligibility. Listen with the whole family and simply understand everything, even if you have to sit further to the left or right.

More ways, more listening

At Teufel, it is important to us to constantly improve our products, which also includes producing them in a more environmentally friendly way. That's why we are using FSC®-certified wood for the entire body of the new ULTIMA series for the first time. In addition, the packaging is made entirely from recycled cardboard and does not use any plastics.

Suitable for any amplifier

Thanks to their high efficiency, the ULTIMAs work with any amplifier or AV receiver and always cut a fine figure acoustically. We recommend amplifiers from Denon, Marantz or Yamaha.
