Shipping costs
Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product.
The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added.
Accessories and articles from the fan shop are usually free of shipping costs, but for some stands a one-time flat-rate shipping fee may apply - it is independent of the number of stands ordered. The amount of the flat rate depends on the destination - within Germany: from € 9.99; Zone 1: from € 19.99; Zone 2: from € 29.99. If such stands are ordered at the same time as a loudspeaker (set) or a complete system, the delivery of these stands is free of charge.
The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

Climate neutral shipping with Teufel
We are now compensating for the CO₂ emissions caused by shipping our products from China to Germany in cooperation with the non-profit organisation Atmosfair. Raumfeld
You can listen to music in true CD quality without interruption from calls or messages via the Teufel Raumfeld app. You can stream music from your CD- or record player and listen to it throughout the whole house with another speaker. Don't worry if you've lost the remote control somewhere on the sofa, thanks to the externally available Google Home device connected via Bluetooth lets you control what your system should play by voice command.

Multiroom with Raumfeld

All Teufel Streaming systems can be connected to one another thanks to integrated Raumfeld technology. Listen to the same or different music across several rooms and speakers. Use the Teufel Raumfeld app to manage your rooms, group individual multi-room speakers together, create individual playlists and control the volume and sound using the equaliser.

Two One S as a stereo pair

You can easily connect two One S as a lossless stereo pair via Wi-Fi with the Teufel Raumfeld app. One accesses the right channel, and the other the left. This means that you get a wider sound stage, more volume, and even better sound.
