Shipping costs
Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product.
The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added.
The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Customers of Teufel.de order exclusively to the delivery countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

Climate neutral shipping
Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. At climatepartner.com you can find the certificate of our climate neutrality with information on how much CO2 we have offset and which climate protection project we support for this.

Delivery date

Shipping Carrier: DHL International

The delivery date is:
- generally within 3-5 working days; no more than 14 working days.
We refer to delivery dates deviating from this on our product pages.
For products that are not ready for dispatch within one working day, the delivery date is postponed by the number of days by which they are ready for dispatch at the latest.

Please note, if your shipment consists of several parcels, in rare cases, the parcels may arrive on different days. This applies, for example, to home cinema systems, stereo speakers and systems and soundbars. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to change this.

In order to ensure direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, Amazon Pay or credit card as the payment method.

We will keep you informed about the status of your delivery.

“Exactly what I expected: classic headphones, just like I remember from my father’s hi-fi system in the 1980s. No bells and whistles, just music. The Teufel MASSIVE live up to that perfectly. Excellent build quality, comfortable to wear, and good sound. […] So if you’re looking for an alternative to all those noise-cancelling and Bluetooth headphones, with a touch of retro feeling, these are definitely worth considering.”

"Fantastic!”

"Above all, those who enjoy strong bass tones, great dynamics and balanced vocal reproduction were familiar with the 'old‘ Massive as an excellent choice. But beware: The new one is even better and features [...] pleasantly massive workmanship! Fantastic!”

“…the bass boost is genuinely limited to the bass range and leaves the lower midrange, which is crucial for vocals, largely untouched. As a result, voices sound natural. Apart from that, the Teufel MASSIVE impresses with a great sense of drive – in other words, truly engaging macro- and micro-dynamics, along with refined but never fatiguing highs. Overall, it is clearly tuned with its target audience in mind: anyone who listens to techno, pop, punk, rock, or electronic music will quickly take to the MASSIVE. And behind the decks, any DJ should be able to cue the beat transitions between different tracks with confidence.”

“Whoever still says ‘Things were better in the old days!’ is mistaken! The ‘old’ MASSIVE was already a real standout when it came to impressive bass, balanced vocal reproduction, and excellent dynamics, but the Berlin team has taken things a big step further here – especially when it comes to the solid build quality. We think: the revival has been more than successful!”

"Audiophiles can buy the Teufel headphones without hesitation.”

"The Teufel headphones [...] employ premium workmanship. The entire device is robustly constructed and built for a long period of use.“"The stereo image was exceedingly harmonious. The upper range as well as the middle were played back with clarity. The bass is punchy but never overly “hard.” An additional advantage: The high degree of level stability.“"The pleasant ear cushions are perfect for longer wearing times. We were unable to detect any discomfort after more than 4 hours which speaks for the wonderful comfort of our test model. The balanced pressure applied to the ear ensures that the headphones don’t slip with even fast head movements.”

"Powerful bass meets premium build quality."

"And as we’ve come to expect from Teufel, Massive is as Massive does. The headphones score points with a powerful bass from the very beginning. The kick drum at the beginning is powerfully and resonantly reproduced and indicates a depth that is truly astonishingly for this price class.“

“And then there’s the most important thing about a pair of headphones: how do they sound? The sound is excellent. I listened to different genres of music, used them for gaming, and wore the headphones during a few meetings. The sound certainly doesn’t disappoint and is definitely much more than ‘just good’.”
